He has deep understanding and much experience in leading high-performance teams, strategic thinking, the power of execution, change management and the importance of delivering profitability. He brings a unique ability to cut through the complexity and clutter to develop highly focused and personalised plans for individuals, teams and businesses that deliver lasting results.

Shaun lives with his wife and two children in Bendigo, Victoria. He is passionate about all things food and beverage, travel, dirt bike riding and spending quality time with his wife and two beautiful children.
